We take online privacy and security seriously when browsing the app and using the services available on the app. We make every effort to ensure that the information you provide is not misused. This Privacy Policy (\"Privacy Policy\") will apply to the information we collect when you register with Swifund App, access or use our App, or take advantage of the loans and facilities on our App (collectively, the \"Services\"). The person using the Service is hereinafter referred to as \"User\" or \"You\". By accessing this application, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Before you use this service, you know and agree that the platform needs to collect, use, share and disclose your personal information and upload it to (https://api.swifundapp.com) in accordance with regulations. We will not share data with other third parties without your consent. Also, you can contact us to delete your information.
PERMISSON TO APPLY
To assess your eligibility and facilitate disbursal of your loan, we need some permissions to access your phone. You can contact our customer center to delete your personal information at any time.
A.CONTACT LIST
COLLECTION OF CONTACT LIST:
Purpose of Permission: As an important part of your loan process, providing references in your loan application is required. Through your contact list, We can identify your social network and fraudulent contacts , which helps us detect fraudulent loan applications and reduce credit risk. And as a part of your loan journey, references of the loan applicant are required. In this regard, when you fill the form on our app, we collect your contact information to detect close contacts, which enables the data be filled automatically. You can choose to agree or deny permission.
Type of Data Collection: We collect your contact list and information, including name, phone numbers, account type, contact last modified, favorites (starred) and other optional data like relationship and structural address to enrich your financial profile. We collect contact information only after obtaining your additional explicit consent.
Security of Data: We encrypt your information and upload it to our server (https://api.swifundapp.com) using a secure HTTPS protocol and we promise not to share it with third parties without your consent. We will delete the contact information after we have determined your risk profile.
B.CALL LOG
COLLECTION OF USER'S CALL LOG
Our app collects and monitors your Call Log information so as to enrich your financial profile. This will assist us in performing a credit risk assessment, providing you with the proper credit analysis and ensuring that your credit needs are met. In addition, this helps us to make sure that your loan application is safe and it is you who get the loan amount. Therefore, before you submit your application, we need your authorization to collect "Call Log" Information, and upload them to (https://api.swifundapp.com). We are committed to using secure data transfer protocol to encrypt data and ensure the security of information. Please feel free to use. If you do not agree, we will not perform this operation, and the application will not be able to provide normal service for you and exit Application.
C.LOCATION
COLLECTION OF USER'S LOCATION DATA:
You acknowledge and agree that we require access to your GPS location when using our Services. This is to ensure that you are utilizing our services within the borders of Nigeria only, as required by our license conditions. We furthermore require your GPS location as part of our anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism practices.
We will transfer your information to our server (https://api.swifundapp.com), and we need to verify your identity through your stable location information to prevent your account from being fraudulent or logging in from different places.
You can choose to temporarily disable location tracking on your mobile device at any time. Failure to authorize use of your GPS location will disqualify you from using our Services. Geo-location services are provided by Google LLC. By using the service, you accept Google's Terms of Service available at https://policies.google.com/terms.
D.STORAGE
Swifund App requires storage permission so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone. You can then easily upload the right KYC related documents for faster loan application details filling and disbursal process. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.
E.PHONE STATE
Swifund App requires phone state access so that we can ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds. we will collect and monitor specific information about your device including your hardware model, build model, RAM, storage; unique device identifiers like IMEI, serial number, SSAID; SIM information that includes network operator, line1Number, roaming state, MNC and MCC codes, WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices. This also helps us in enriching your credit profile and assessing your credit worthiness.
F.APPLICATION LIST
Swifund App queries for specific apps that satisfy our app's manifest declaration on your device. These specific apps will help us to know if your device has apps installed with related features such as fraud or cloning (e.g. fake location information, cloned email id and contact information). By this way, we can judge the authenticity of your information and make a correct judgment on your credit risk. This limited app information will be collected and transmitted to Swifund App servers (https://api.swifundapp.com). This data may be collected even when the app is closed or not in use. Swifund App will never share data to any third parties. The collection will only be done if you agree to the authorization.
G.CAMERA
Swifund App requires camera access so that you can easily scan or capture required KYC documents and save time by allowing us to auto-fill relevant data or to initiate an audio/video call for KYC purpose. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.
H.CALENDAR
Swifund App will obtain your calendar permissions. When you submit your credit application, Swifund App will obtain your calendar data. The information obtained will help us better evaluate your credit risk and help us grant you a reasonable limit. In addition, we will add or edit your date reminder when you borrow money to remind you to repay on time. These schedule information will be encrypted and transmitted to our server (https://api.swifundapp.com). Swifund App will never share it with any third parties. Swifund App only collect it after you authorize and agree.
I.DATA SECURITY
All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. The data will be transferred and uploaded over a secure connection(https)to server:(https://api.swifundapp.com).We only disclose your data with the financial service providers, banks and our third party partners for facilitation of a loan or line of credit. We will share your information under a confidentiality agreement with the third parties, and there will be no unauthorized disclosure of your information.
THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Swifund App Account Data: We and our lending partners collect the data you provide when creating or updating your Swifund App Account. This includes your name, phone number, email ID, PAN, date of birth, PIN, nature of work and employer name, monthly income, marital status, and relationship to co-applicants (in case more people seek loans than one) applicant).
Your information will be uploaded to: (https://api.swifundapp.com). We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent. If you would like to delete your information, please feel free to contact us. We or our lending partners may ask you to share more information at a later date to confirm the authenticity of your information or any additional features added to the app.
1. Geolocation Data:
We and our lending partners collect location data from you in two ways:
(i) when you add your password as part of your Swifund App account data;
(ii) with your permission from Your mobile device. We collect this data when our application is running in the background on your mobile device. If you disable location services, you will not be able to use the app.
How we use this data:
For loan processing and KYC authentication;
To enable customer support;
For marketing and outreach;
For automated decision-making;
For legal compliance and requirements.
2. User Personal Information:
Our application collects user account data including email address and name to log into the application. This information is part of the registration process to access our services and is also used to automatically populate relevant fields during our application interface process. Our app also collects mobile numbers for verification to check active SIM status on the device, uniquely identify you and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
How we use this data:
To enable customer support;

To enable communications between you and us;
To enable marketing and outreach.
3. Usage Data:
We collect data about how you interact with our Services. This includes data such as date and time of access, application features or pages viewed, application crashes and other system activity, browser type, and third-party websites or services used before or during interaction with our services.
4. Transaction Information:
We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of service requested, the date and time the service was provided, loans available, interest payable, EMI selected and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promotional code, we may associate your name with that person and his/her use of the app.

We share information as described below in accordance with this privacy policy. We will keep your personal information confidential and limit access to it to those who specifically need it to conduct their business activities, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We will share Your information with only our registered third parties including our regulated financial partners for provision of Services on the Website/ App. We will share Your information with third parties only in such manner as described below:
1.We disclose and share Your information with the financial service providers, banks and our third party partners for facilitation of a loan or facility or line of credit or purchase of a product.
2.We share Your information with our third party partners in order to conduct data analysis in order to serve You better and provide Services on our Platform.
3.We may disclose Your information, without prior notice, if we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation or an order from the government and/or a statutory authority, or in order to enforce or apply Our terms of use or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Us, Our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
4.We will disclose the data / information provided by a User with other technology partners to track how the User interact with the Platform on Our behalf.
5.We and our affiliates may share Your information with another business entity should we (or our assets) merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or reorganization, amalgamation, restructuring of business for continuity of business. Should such a transaction occur, any business entity (or the new combined entity) receiving any such information from Us shall be bound by this Policy with respect to your information.
6.We will disclose the information to our third party technology and credit partners to perform credit checks and credit analysis like Credit Bureaus or third party data source providers.
7.We will share Your information under a confidentiality agreement with the third parties and restrict use of the said Information by third parties only for the purposes detailed herein. We warrant that there will be no unauthorized disclosure of your information shared with third parties.
By using the Platform, you hereby grant your consent to the Company to share/disclose your Personal Information
To the concerned third parties in connection with the Services;
With the governmental authorities, quasi-governmental authorities, judicial authorities and quasi-judicial authorities, in accordance with applicable laws of Nigeria.
8.We shall disclose your KYC journey or any data with respect to the same to the relevant regulatory authorities as a part of our statutory audit process. Please note that your ID number shall never be disclosed.
In case we use or disclose your information for any purpose not specified above, we will take your explicit consent.
POLICY CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. You are encouraged to check this privacy policy on a regular basis to be aware of the changes made to it. Continued use of the services and access of the App shall be deemed to be your acceptance of this privacy policy.
YOUR CONSENT
By setting up a Swifund App Account, you agree to our and the Lending Partner's processing, storage, usage, and sharing of the data provided by you pursuant to this Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Policy or the Terms or wish to revoke any consent you have provided to us and/or the Lending Partner, please write to us at [email protected].
However, please note that if you revoke any mandatory permissions or revoke the consent to process and store information such as your Swifund App Account data, Financial and KYC Information and/or any other information needed to facilitate your loan amounts, then we may have to cease the provision of Services to you. You cannot withdraw your consent once you have availed a loan using the App till you have repaid the loan amount and all related charges in its entirety.
